ReplyMint helps Instagram and Facebook sellers close more sales by surfacing buyer comments instantly and suggesting replies in their own voice. Setup takes about 8 minutes.

1. Go to replymint.app/signup
2. Sign up with email or Google
3. Verify your email (check spam if you don't see it)

After signing up, you'll land in the onboarding flow. Don't skip this — it sets up your business profile, which MintSense uses to generate replies in your voice.

The onboarding form collects:

• Business name — Your brand name
• Description — What you sell and who you sell to
• Products — List your main products with prices
• FAQs — Common questions (shipping, returns, materials)

The more detail you provide, the better MintSense can detect buyer intent and generate replies that sound like you.

• Business: Luna Candles
• Description: Handmade soy candles for home decor enthusiasts
• Products: Lavender Dreams ($24), Vanilla Sunrise ($22), Citrus Blast ($26)
• FAQs: Ships within 3 days, 30-day returns, eco-friendly packaging
• Voice: Warm and friendly, like talking to a neighbor

After onboarding, you'll be prompted to connect Instagram or Facebook. Click "Connect Instagram" and follow Meta's OAuth flow.

Once connected, you'll see:

• Left panel: Message list, sorted by buyer intent
• Center panel: Selected message and reply box
• Right panel: AI suggestions and customer context

Click any message to see MintSense's intent classification and suggested replies. You can edit suggestions before sending or write your own.

1. Click a message with buyer intent (marked with a green badge)
2. Review the AI-suggested reply in the right panel
3. Edit if needed, or use as-is
4. Click "Send Reply"

The reply posts to Instagram or Facebook instantly. You'll see "Replied" in the message list.
