How to delete your data

If you connected ReplyMint to Instagram or Facebook through Meta, you can stop new data collection and ask us to remove stored data. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

1. Disconnect in ReplyMint

  1. Log in to ReplyMint.
  2. Go to Settings → Channels.
  3. Disconnect Instagram and/or Facebook. This stops new comments and DMs from syncing.

2. Request deletion of stored data

Email privacy@replymint.app from the address on your ReplyMint account. Include "Data deletion request" in the subject. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days.

3. Delete your ReplyMint account (optional)

To remove your account and associated data entirely, use Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
