Questions people ask first
Is this allowed by Instagram and Facebook?
Yes. ReplyMint uses Meta's official API and is a Verified Meta Tech Provider. It follows Meta's rules for replies and DMs, including the 24-hour messaging window.
Will replies sound like a bot?
Replies come from your website, your products and examples you approve, in the tone you choose. Each one is worded for the person, never copied and pasted.
What if it gets one wrong?
Start with drafts you approve. Anything ReplyMint does on its own is logged with why it happened.
Will it hide negative comments?
Not unless you ask it to. Scams, bots and hate are hidden. Negative comments come to you by default, because hiding an unhappy customer under an ad usually makes things worse.
How is this different from keyword DM bots?
Keyword bots only reply when someone types the exact words you set up. ReplyMint reads what each comment means, so a question like "does this work for sensitive skin?" gets an answer without keyword rules.
