ReplyMint provides AI-powered tools for Instagram Business accounts, including comment moderation, reply suggestions, inbox organization, and analytics.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a valid Instagram Business or Professional account to use ReplyMint.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must comply with Instagram and Meta platform policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReplyMint to:
- Send spam or abusive messages
- Violate Instagram or Meta policies
- Engage in unlawful or deceptive practices
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the system
5. AI-Generated Content
ReplyMint may generate reply suggestions using artificial intelligence. You remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ReplyMint, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
ReplyMint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed messages, platform suspensions, or business interruptions resulting from use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
